Current Role:  Ex Officio Board Member – ODMA  (Sunglass Matters) Optical Dispensers and Manufacturers Association

Standard Revision:  AS/NZS 1067.1:2016 has recently been released (formerly 2009, 2003).  Working within the policies under the CS 53 standards working group, Tim liaises between the ODMA technical team, University of NSW, ACCC and other consumer divisions to address changing international solar theories as well as Australian meteorological changes.  There are few countries with mandatory sunglass standards and Tim regularly facilitates between the ACCC, ODMA and non compliant suppliers.  

Through Tim, Gibson Eyewear is driven to be the absolute supplier of compliant and safe eyewear into the Australasian marketplace.
